- The first piece of homework you have to do (many of you already have this) is create a Google Classroom for each class/bucket of students you will have in your classroom. Really easy for 2-5, just create a Google Classroom for all of your students. MS/HS will need to build one for each class period they have students. Quick Outline/Reminder of how:
- Go to https://classroom.google.com
- Hit the Plus and create class with a name.
- Invite students on People Tab of Class either by sending invite email to your student email group, or by having them enter the class code (Settings – General).
- Once classrooms are setup it will take 24 hours for them to show up for your user in Relay Classroom
- You then access your Relay Classroom by browsing to https://classroom.relay.school Login with your bssd72.org google account
- Your Second piece of homework is to select a schedule for each of your classes. Elementary is easy, select the pre-created all day bell schedule. For MS/HS use a custom schedule for each class (mapped to that Google Classroom Name). You can add a M-Thursday option and Friday option for each.
